Andrew Paul Foster III

Andrew Paul Foster III, known to most as “Skip,” passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on 03/12/25 at Upstate Community Hospice House in Landrum.He was born 01/03/1933 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Andrew Paul Foster, Jr. and Frances Kathleen Gunn. He and his younger brother, Hank, grew up true Army brats. By the time Skip graduated from high school, he had attended over 20 schools and lived in countless places to include Panama and Japan.
